These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Odrim.com website and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Odrim provides domain name search and availability information for educational and discovery purposes. We are not a domain registrar. Registration of domains is completed only through third-party providers you choose.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:

• Using automated tools to scrape or overload the Service without permission
• Attempting to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Using the Service for unlawful purposes or to infringe others’ rights
• Reselling or commercially exploiting bulk results without written consent

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe your use violates these Terms or harms the Service or other users.

4. Availability information

Search results are provided “as is” and may not reflect real-time registration status. A name shown as available may already be registered; a name shown as taken may have become available. Optional verification before registration is offered as a convenience, not a guarantee.

5. Third-party links

The Service may link to registrars and other third-party sites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, pricing, policies, or practices. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by Odrim or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the Service except as permitted by law.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ODRIM AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Odrim from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above indicates when they were revised. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where Odrim operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
